Recently, Mr. Zhang Chunli led the students of the school of Urban Design of the Central Academy of Fine Arts to organize a half-month experience of Buddha statue sketching. The students' sketching records and works were exhibited in the school, and won the excellent course award of the college.

Experience the sketch of Buddha statues

The sketching journey lasts for half a month from April 15 to May 1, 2019, starting from the first stop: Yungang Grottoes in Shanxi, passing through the second stop: Shuanglin temple in the ancient city of Pingyao in Shanxi, the third stop: Xi'an Qinling Mausoleum, the fourth stop: Mogao Grottoes and Yulin Grottoes in Dunhuang, and the fifth stop: Maiji Mountain in Tianshui. The journey spans five places to appreciate and learn the breadth and depth of Chinese Buddha statue art and culture.
